Connecting Families through Play. Parent-led programs include: Drop-In Playgroup (families with children 0-5), Boredom Busters (families with children of all ages), ongoing special events and parenting/family programs as well as parents in the childbearing year. Party Space available for children’s parties.

Want to prepare your body for a healthy birth? Each class incorporates breathing exercises (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), relaxation (sivasana), and heart-felt discussion with our fellow mothers. Canada of White Rock/South Surrey meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm at Semiahmoo Family Place. They offer information and support for women interested in breastfeeding.
