COME AND GROW WITH US – Prenatal Education

This package costs $100 includes an optional early pregnancy class, the retreat, a reunion class, free drop-in breastfeeding/new parenting sessions for the first year, and a free drop-in card for Semiahmoo Family Place--for a value of over $350. We are able to offer full scholarships to families with reduced incomes.

Sessions are offered in a one weekend retreat format on a Friday from 7-9:30pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm. Full curriculum is covered using the Lamaze philosophy and current evidence-based practice; prenatal issues, normal birth and variations, breast-feeding and life with baby. Classes are facilitated by Laurel Tien, RN, Certified ICEA Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultant, and Midwifery Student.
